“Speakeasy” will take you back to a period where jazz, dance, and a free spiritedness defined the Roaring 20’s. Sponsored by K & L Wine Merchant (www.klwines.com), Renaissance Hollywood Hotel, and drink:eat:play, the event will transform the hotel into a 20’s speakeasy, complete with jazz lounge, mixologists, and over 100 of the top brands of gin, bourbon, and scotch to sample from. And don’t worry about any police raids… we’ve greased some palms, insuring a long night of free flowing alcohol, lively music, and a swanky crowd. Oh, and don’t forget. We’re running a classy establishment here, so please dress accordingly.
General Admission ($75) includes unlimited tastes from top of the line suppliers and an opportunity to try creations from LA’s tox mixologists. VIP admission ($100) includes early entry, catered food, and a special champagne bar in addition to the samplings.
