MATT”S “KICK-ASS” WHITE BEAN CHILI
I was just provided with this amazing recipe by a fellow guest foodie; Matt Harbicht. Unfortunately, we missed his weekend BBQ where he served up this amazing twist on traditional chili. This lighter and savory version sounds amazing and makes my mouth water. I am excited to cook up a pot of my own the next time I want to stay in and hibernate from the winter cold and enjoy a 1 pot meal with all of the garnishes.
