Coupa Café Serves up Gluten Free Venezuelan Cuisine & Coffee in Beverly Hills

Adam Rubenstein from Viva LA Foodies recently spent a day in the kitchen with Coupa Café’s chef and founder Camelia Coupal at the booming Beverly Hills location to find out why this Venezuelan restaurant keep its customers coming back for more than just their daily grind.

According to Coupal, “Coupa Café is the only restaurant in the world outside Venezuela where you can enjoy the nation’s shade grown, handpicked, patio sun-dried, super fair trade organic single estate Arabica coffee beans roasted in small batches, along with international sweet and savory delights.” See why the folks at Stanford have been buzzing about this brew and why the coffee has been featured in several Hollywood films including “The Social Network.” Be warned ahead of time, once you see Coupa’s bite sized treats you will have to visit this Beverly Hills Latin establishment for more than just a “cup of Joe”. Experience Slow food with an ethnic twist coupled with organic and fair trade ingredients in Beverly Hills & Palo Alto, California.
